Coaching
The live sessions are forums for open discussion. We respect your experience, and expect that you respect the experience of others. If you wish to offer insight to another client, ask permission first. Live sessions are recorded. Impact Accelerator reserves the right to use part, parts, or the whole of the session for education, paid products, or marketing material.

Conduct
We don't tolerate abusive or threatening behavior towards us or other clients. We rarely encounter it, but if it happens, Impact Accelerator may terminate your agreement immediately. Any such termination described shall be without any obligation to refund or provide any further service.

Content
You’ll have access to the INFINITY community and resources, including live calls and recordings, from as soon as you sign up, for as long as you are a member. If and when you stop being a member of INFINITY, your access to the live calls and the recordings will be revoked.

Copyright
All the presentations, resources, exercises, frameworks, and templates are the result of years of experience, are the property of Impact Accelerator, and are for your own education only. No part of these may be reprinted, reproduced, or repurposed in any form, or by any means, without prior permission from us.

Changes
At Impact Accelerator, we pride ourselves on creating offerings that serve your deep needs through our deep strengths. On occasion, this means changing a focus, facilitator, or format. In order to maintain our values and standards, we maintain the right to make these changes to INFINITY on a one-off or ongoing basis.

Commitment
Your commitment to INFINITY is on a rolling monthly basis. You are expected to take personal responsibility to make time space for the live sessions. No refunds will be provided for any reason. If you are unable to attend live, replays of the Deep Coaching Masterminds and Entrepreneurial Insight Workshops will be available in your portal.

Charges
Payments are charged monthly, as outlined in your payment plan, and on the date the first payment was charged. It’s your responsibility to ensure available funds for when your payment is due. If your account remains unpaid after 14 days, your access will be restricted.

Communication
Important information and resources will be contained within your INFINITY portal. Any announcements will be primarily communicated via email. Please ensure that you have whitelisted emails coming from Chet, Matt, Impact Accelerator, and INFINITY. Any questions relating to INFINITY itself should be directed via email to [email protected]
